The daily activity log allows you to easily keep track of your daily activities. You can use the activity log to track your progress
towards your exercise, fitness, or weight loss goals. The activity log is very easy to use. Simply enter the information that you want
to track directly in the activity log grid. All data is saved immediately as you enter the information.
Activity log features:
- Track the activity information that is important to you. All fields except Date are optional.
- Enter new data in the last row of the grid. Or, click on the "Insert new row" button to create an empty row
at the top of the grid.
- Entering a route number automatically retrieves the route name and route distance.
- Sort the activity log by clicking on a column header.
- Rearrange the activity log columns by clicking and dragging the activity log column title.
- Resize columns by clicking and dragging the line between column titles.
- Delete one or more rows by selecting rows using the checkboxes and then clicking on the 'Delete selected rows' button.
Rows that are deleted can not be recovered.
- Display a map route by selecting a single row and clicking on the "Display selected route" button.
- Export your entire activity log in CSV format by clickon on the "Export" button.
The following information can be tracked in the activity log:
Date |
Adding a new entry automatically sets the current date. Clicking on the button next to the date allows you to
select an activity date from the popup calender. The date is shown in the year-month-day format. |
Activity |
Enter an activity such as run, walk, bike, skate, or hike. |
Route # |
Enter a Map Pedometer route number. Entering a route number automatically retrieves the route name and route distance. |
Time |
Enter the elapsed time for the activity in Hours:Minutes:Seconds format. |
Distance |
Enter the total distance travelled in the distance field.
Distance should be entered in miles or kilometers based on your selection of the Miles/Kilometers radio buttons above the grid. |
Pace |
This field is automatically calcluated to show your pace in minutes per mile or minutes per kilometer. |
Weight |
Enter your weight if you would like to track your weight on the activity log. |
Steps |
If you are tracking steps, enter the number of steps taken during the activity. |
Notes |
Enter a note about this activity. |
